Dive into anything

Hey everyone,

I'm interested in turning an old shipping container into basically a large room, so I could use it as my workshop but I have no idea how to go about insulating the walls. It's going to be left outside all year in eastern Canada.

My research so far tells me a later of sprayed foam is a must. But you'd do that after setting up studs for fibreglass insulation. Again, I don't know anything about insulation but I'm thinking an r19 would work well, based on some of the posts I've been reading.

What do you guys think? Have you done anything like this before? Any advice?

Thanks for reading!

Cheers
