E3 Green Technology’s intelligent system adopts a compensation control method based on residual air volume and residual air pressure, featuring rapid adjustment capabilities. Operators simply input key parameters such as supply air volume and pressure differential values, and the system automatically completes complex balancing and commissioning tasks. This reduces the original 15-day pressure differential adjustment process to just 5 hours, significantly improving project delivery efficiency. Moreover, the system can intelligently adapt to changes in external environments and internal equipment operation, continuously adjusting air volume in real time to ensure stable pressure differentials within the cleanroom. This effectively prevents external contaminants from entering, maintaining a highly clean production environment.
The system’s energy-saving performance is remarkable. Through precise airflow control, it avoids the energy waste commonly caused by excessive ventilation or poorly set pressure differentials in traditional systems, helping pharmaceutical enterprises significantly reduce operational costs. At the exhibition, E3 Green Technology’s technical team conducted simulated demonstrations, intuitively showcasing the system’s stable operation and high energy efficiency under various scenarios such as production, standby, and disinfection, attracting considerable interest from attendees.
