First, the two sides have plastic loops for a clasp to hold them together, but it comes with no clasp. You can still wear them, but the loops scratch so you have to cut them off. (I jerry rigged mine with a key ring for cleavage.) The adhesive is very strong, almost painfully so. And while they stuck to my breasts well, the strip that you're supposed to pull up and stick for lift lasts about a minute, if that. Long enough to film a video, I guess. (I have C boobs - maybe it works better for those with less weight?) Not a fan, as that's kinda the purpose of this type of "bra".
That all being said, I DID like that the top strips keep you from seeing the line at the top of the boob part, like you do with the kind that don't have that. It's not nearly as obvious (with some fabrics) that there are two ovals covering your breasts.
