4. After the new car runs for 300-500 kilometers, all bolts and nuts should be tightened once.

(2) Maintenance after driving 1200-2000 kilometers

1. Clean and lubricate all parts according to the lubrication diagram.

3. Check whether there is leakage in the brake system and hydraulic system pipeline, and whether the connecting hose is in good condition.

4. Check whether the electrical circuit is loose, damaged or poorly insulated.

5. Check whether the parts of the traction frame and the bogie are in good condition.

6. Check whether the steering rod joint is loose and whether it affects the straightness of the tire, and adjust the steering rod system if necessary.

7. Check whether all parts of the suspension are in good condition.

8. Check whether all tires have excessive or abnormal wear, whether the tire pressure is sufficient, and whether the valve seat is correct.

9. Thoroughly clean the oil and dirt on all parts of the trailer, and check whether there is peeling or rust in each part.

10. Check the components of the power unit, clean the oil tank and valve parts, check the oil quality, and change the oil if necessary.

(3) Maintenance of 2000 kilometers per line

1. Repeat the work of "maintenance every 1200 kilometers."

2. Clean the hub bearing, add new oil and adjust the bearing problem.

3. Rotate the tires.

(4) Maintenance every 5000 kilometers

1. Repeat the "maintenance every 2000 kilometers".

2. Disassemble the hub, clean or replace damaged or worn various parts and hub bearings.

3. Replace the cylinder seals and damaged or worn parts.

4. The hydraulic pipeline is drained and cleaned. This work should be done at least once a year.

5. Clean the suspension shaft and its bearings, and replace with new grease.

6. Clean the brake tellurium and brake tellurium shaft, drop 1-2 drops of oil on the brake tellurium shaft, and check and adjust the brake clearance.

(5) Maintenance of the hoses in the air brake system and hydraulic piping system In addition to observing the contents of the inspection before driving, the following maintenance must also be carried out.

1. During the driving process of the brake hose and the high-pressure winding hose in the hydraulic system, especially when the cargo platform is lifted and turned, it is necessary to check whether the two hoses have friction and pressure with the trailer parts. The above inspection must be carried out after each trip, and the hoses must be rearranged and fixed immediately if found.
